The Attendance Hours chart provides a visual representation of user activity within the selected time period. It helps administrators understand how much time users are actively engaged with the application, offering useful insights into system usage and overall engagement.

By displaying attendance data in a structured and easy-to-read format, this chart allows you to quickly identify usage patterns, peak activity periods, and trends over time.

The monitoring section of Visual Guard webconsole is a group of pages of informations and datas about the affluence on the websites and historical and workflows datas.

Note: This page shows the numbers of occurences of logon attempts.

Features of the Attendance Hours Dashboard

🗂 Application Filter
The Application dropdown allows you to view attendance data for a specific application or across all applications, giving you flexibility in analysis.

📅 Date Range Selection
You can define a Start Date and End Date to analyze attendance data for a specific period, making it easy to focus on recent activity or historical trends.

🔄 Refresh Button
The Refresh button lets you reload the data instantly based on the selected filters, ensuring you always see the most up-to-date information.

📊 Visual Data Representation
Attendance hours are displayed in a chart format, making it easier to interpret data at a glance and compare activity across different timeframes.

🔍 Insight into User Activity
Helps track how frequently and how long users interact with the system, supporting better monitoring and decision-making. Click on any of the blocks for more details (Green for succesful logins and Red block for failed logins)

📈 Trend Analysis
By reviewing data over time, administrators can identify patterns such as increased usage during certain periods or drops in activity.

Print / Export Options
Clicking on the list icon allows you to print or export the page in multiple formats, including PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG.
