Monitoring

The Monitoring page provides real-time visibility into what’s happening within your Visual Guard environment. It allows administrators to track user activity, authentication events, and system-level actions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.

In addition to live monitoring, you can also access attendance details, historical data, and workflow-related information, giving you a complete view of both current and past activities. This makes it easier to analyze trends, review user behavior over time, and stay on top of ongoing processes.

With built-in filtering and search capabilities, the Monitoring page helps you quickly find relevant information, troubleshoot issues, and respond to any unusual activity with confidence.

This feature allows to monitor occurrences of important events for specified time intervals for whole repository in user friendly graphical format, follow the steps below:

• Log in to the Repository.
• Click on the Repository Name to view the Monitoring Details.
• Select the Monitoring Tab (A).
