The Workflow Data section provides insights into workflow-related activities within Visual Guard. It helps administrators track the progress and outcomes of workflows, including completed processes and failures, over a selected period.

By visualizing workflow activity in a chart format, this section makes it easy to monitor how processes are performing, identify bottlenecks, and detect any issues that may require attention. It gives a clear picture of how workflows are being executed across the system.

Features of the Workflow Data Dashboard

📊 Chart Type (Granularity Control)
Choose how data is grouped (e.g., Hourly, Daily and Monthly), allowing you to view workflow trends at different levels.

📅 Date Range Selection
Select a Start Date and End Date to analyze workflow activity within a specific timeframe.

🔄 Refresh Option
Click Refresh to update the chart based on the selected filters and ensure you are viewing the latest data.

📈 Visual Representation of Workflow Activity
Workflow data is displayed in a chart, making it easy to understand the number of processes over time and compare activity across different dates.

🟢🔴 Status-Based Color Coding

  • Green represents successfully completed workflows
  • Red indicates failed workflow processes

This helps quickly identify normal operations versus issues that may need attention.

🔍 Detailed Insights on Hover
Hovering over the chart provides detailed information for a specific date, such as the number of completed and failed workflow processes.

📋 Print / Export Options
Clicking on the list icon allows you to print or export the chart in formats like PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG.
