Event Viewer

The Event Viewer in Visual Guard provides a centralized interface to monitor and analyze system activities and events in real time. It captures detailed logs related to user actions, workflow executions, notifications, and system operations.

By offering clear visibility into what is happening within the system, the Event Viewer helps administrators troubleshoot issues, track changes, and ensure smooth functioning of workflows and security processes.

This page allows you to audit all the event concerning a workflow that has happened on the console.

All the actions done have been reported in this page. The description of the action is shown under “Title” (A) and with the Date and time of it (B).

The User name of the person who did the action is written next to the title. 

The Event ID, unique identifier is also mentioned.

The Device used during the event is also recorded in the event viewer.

By clicking or hoovering over the “i” on the left of the date and time, informations of the workflow and the action will open:
