Visual Guard Maintenance helps administrators manage, monitor, and maintain the overall security environment of the repository and connected applications. It provides tools to review event logs, monitor user activities, troubleshoot issues, manage workflows, and ensure smooth system performance. Regular maintenance helps improve security, maintain application stability, and ensure that authentication, synchronization, and workflow processes are functioning correctly.

You can execute the maintenance operation to check and refresh all encrypted data

When you click on the Maintenance button, a confirmation pop-up will appear. Enter the required confirmation code and click OK to proceed.

Note: A confirmation code will be provided as shown below, type the same code on the confirmation text box.
